For any cancellation, please contact us –

Cancellation Policy:

1. More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation charges apply, except for bookings falling within the festive period specified below.

2. 15–30 days before check-in: 50% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

3. Less than 15 days before check-in: 100% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

4. Festive Period (20 December to 5 January): All bookings with check-in dates falling within this period are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, regardless of when the booking is made or the cancellation request is submitted.

5. No-Show or Early Check-Out: In case of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total package cost will be charged, with no refund for unused nights.

Pet Policy –

We love pets and are happy to welcome them at our designated pet-friendly villas. To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please review our pet policy before booking.

1. Pet-Friendly Villas Only: Pets are permitted exclusively in villas designated as pet-friendly. Please ensure that the pet-friendly amenity is explicitly mentioned in your booking confirmation email.

2. Advance Declaration: All pets must be declared at the time of booking. Last-minute additions of pets are strictly prohibited at villas that are not pet-friendly.

3. Pet Charges: A fee of ₹4,000 per pet per stay applies.

4. Maximum Number of Pets: A maximum of two pets per stay is permitted.

5. Pets on Beds and in the Pool: Pets are not permitted on guest beds or in the swimming pool. Guests are kindly requested to ensure these guidelines are followed throughout their stay. If guests wish to allow their pets into the swimming pool, an additional fee of ₹3,000 will apply to for replacing the pool water to maintain hygiene and ensure the comfort of the next guests.
